I have tried a few different auto repair shops around the Novi and surrounding area but have ALWAYS had honesty and solid work performed by Sovels Auto Repair. Prices beat any dealership and they back their work.

After a friends recommendation, we tried Sovels. Now, we drive all the way from Rochester when we have a repair need. They tell you exactly what is necessary upfront and how much it will cost and it is generally a lot less than anyone else.

My family has had cars serviced by the Sovel famly since they moved out to Novi years ago. The entire family and their employees are friendly, trustworthy, honorable, perform needed maintenance items in a timely manner, keep the customer informed if there are other issues they find during the maintenance or repairs which may need to be addressed. I have been out of state and had to have emergency repairs to the car and ended up at a dealership. I was told the dealership recommended that they repair "something else" while the car was there which would have been quite costly. I decided to wait as the repair did not seem urgent. When I returned from the trip, I took the car to Sovel's and they reassured me that the additional work was unnecessary. I trust them implicitly with being honest. Their work is excellent and I know once the car is returned to me I can drive it feeling very safe that the repairs were done well. Novi is very lucky to have a gem like Sovel's serving the community.
